When you work with AvatarAgency, you are trusting us with something deeply personal — your face, your voice, and your likeness. We take that trust seriously. At a time when AI technology is advancing faster than most people can track, we believe every person has the right to know exactly how their digital identity is being used, stored, and protected. This page outlines the commitments AvatarAgency makes to every person we work with — not buried in a contract, but stated clearly and plainly for anyone to read.

Our Commitments to You

Five promises we make to every person we work with.

We will never use your likeness without your written approval.
AvatarAgency will not use, deploy, publish, license, sell, share, or distribute your Digital Clone or Digital Voice for any purpose without prior written authorization from you for each specific piece of content. Every video produced using your digital clone must be reviewed and approved by you before it is published or distributed anywhere. Written authorization — including email — is required for each piece of content.

We will never use your face or voice in our own marketing.
AvatarAgency will not use your likeness or voice in our own demo reels, portfolio materials, case studies, advertising, or promotional content of any kind without your separate written consent. Your identity is yours — not a marketing asset for us. If we ever want to feature your work as an example of what we do, we will ask you directly and only proceed with your explicit permission.

We will never train AI models using your likeness or voice.
Your voice recordings, video footage, and image data will never be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — including AvatarAgency's own tools or any third-party AI platform. Your biometric data exists solely for the purpose of building and operating your personal digital clone, and for no other purpose. This is a firm commitment, not a default setting that can be changed.

We will never share, transfer, or sublicense your digital clone.
Your Digital Clone and Digital Voice will never be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or made available to any third party for any reason. The data, models, and files that make up your digital clone are treated as confidential personal property. AvatarAgency operates as the sole custodian of your clone assets while they are in our care — and only while they are in our care.

Your original session files belong to you — completely and permanently.
All video footage, audio recordings, and still photography captured during your AI Cloning Session are your sole and exclusive property upon receipt of final payment. This includes all raw video files, audio recordings of your voice, still photography and image captures, and any derivative files generated from the session. AvatarAgency will transfer all original session files to you upon project completion and will not retain copies beyond 30 days after final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership & Rights

You own everything we create for you.

Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full ownership and unlimited usage rights to everything AvatarAgency produces for you. Here is exactly what that means in practice.

Your Video Content
Every video produced for you — social media shorts, brand videos, course modules, spokesperson videos, UGC ads — belongs to you outright upon final payment. You may use these materials for any lawful marketing, educational, or promotional purpose without restriction, forever.

Your Voice Model
The AI voice model built from your recordings is your personal biometric asset. It exists solely to produce content on your behalf, under your direction, with your approval. It will never be used for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

Your Digital Clone
Your AI-generated likeness — your digital clone — is your personal biometric property. AvatarAgency acts as custodian while producing your content and nothing more. Every use of your digital clone requires your specific approval in advance.

Your Session Files
All raw footage, audio recordings, and image files from your cloning session are transferred to you upon project completion. AvatarAgency does not retain copies of your session files beyond 30 days after final delivery. Your source materials are yours to keep and control.
